This one-hour special for FitTV revealed the latest state-of-the-art training and fitness techniques used by five of America's top athletes as they trained for the gold at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games. This special uncovered, in detail, the physical training and athletic expertise utilized in the fitness regimens of U.S. Olympic hopefuls in five different summer sports.Each profile in this exciting special included interviews with each athlete, his/her coach, trainers and other fitness professionals who played a significant role in their daily training practices.
