Dr. Pascal graduated from UCLA in 1984 and from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in 1988, with a B.A. in psychology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic.

He has taught continuing education courses for Los Angeles Chiropractic College on injury rehabilitation. He has been the subject of a cover story in Bicycling Magazine. He helped design a new drug testing system for German Olympic athletes that were training in the United States. And in 1989 he developed a unique technique for the treatment of low back disc injuries called "Power Flexing." It is being taught in the chiropractic schools and has saved thousands of people from low back surgery.

As a chiropractor, Dr. Pascal has been treating high school, college, and world-class athletes for over 17 years. He has been the chiropractor at countless athletic events. This summer he had 14 of his patients qualify for the U.S. Olympic Track & Field Trials. Five went on to make the U.S. Olympic Team and a sixth qualified for the Para-Olympics. He also had eight foreign runners make the Olympic teams of their respective countries.
